Diablo 3 best wizard signature spell reddit12/23/2023 ![]() I’m also thinking of legacy of dreams and wreath of lightening for the gems for this build once acquired. I’ve also rerolled several pieces of my gear for LPS to make the best of Deaths bargain.Īs I said this is far from complete but could really do with some pointers toward gear that would make this build pop. In theory I should be getting at least 15% extra again from elemental exposure due to cold, lightening and fire damage of skills and weapons but I’m not seeing this buff pop on my screen, not sure why that is. With the increased lightening damage from blizzard and the 10% buff from cold blooded my chain lightening does 20% more damage. I found that cold ray (steel storm with the cold blooded rune was far better and also buffs blizzard and chain lightening by 10%. ![]() I found early on that hydra lightening is not a long term add to this build unless there is some gear that can seriously buff hydra. Passives: Dominance, Cold blooded, elemental exposure, astral presence. Powers: The Executioner, Death Mantle Watch, Moonlight Ward. Skills: Electrocute (chain lightening), Blizzard (Enemies take increased damage from lightening), Magic Weapon (Conduit), Teleport (Wormhole), Storm Armor (power of the storm), ray of frost (sleet storm). Obvs the skill is null unless playing with others who are wearing it. Ring 1: Arc stone for the att spd and crit bonus. Helmet: Lvl 40 rare (probs should just roll at the blacksmith for a lvl 70 one □. LPS rerollĪrmor: Goldskin, not great but the best I’ve found for this character this season. Gloves: Typhons Claw (The best Gloves found so far. Weapon: The Broken Staff with fire damage prefix. My current (far from complete) build looks like this: Any advise regarding gear, skills and passives would be greatly appreciated. Hi community, I’m currently attempting a Wizard Lightening Build, I know it’s off meta, but have always wanted to give it a shot. ![]()
